Introduction

It wasn't direct competition for Bolt or Pyszne.pl. However, the product itself is extremely interesting. The app is closely integrated with the restaurant system. The project consisted of three systems:

  • Mobile app for customers to order meals (in the restaurant and for takeaway).
  • Restaurant tablet for waiters to manage in-house orders and those from the app.
  • Mobile app for drivers delivering food to customers.
Responsibilities
  • Planning and monitoring the project team's progress.
  • Designing the product concept with the developer based on product documentation.
  • Communicating with the client to report progress and make project decisions.

The goal of the project was to develop a redesign of the online store and conduct in-depth interviews with the brand's potential customers.

In-depth interviews

My task was to independently reach a representative group of respondents and verify the research hypotheses.

Each meeting was conducted online and recorded. The result of my work was a research report, supplemented with video excerpts.

Introduction

The CMS system was targeted at real estate agents. The designed software allowed for building their own network of ambassadors. Additionally, the administrator periodically published training sessions that enabled employees to expand their skills.

Gamification elements

I focused on developing mechanisms that not only make the learning process more attractive but also encourage users to regularly participate in the available training sessions.

Gamification became a key element - introducing the JOY points system, which users earn for active participation in courses and special rewards for completing modules.

Introduction

Adaptivo is a tool for manufacturers, enabling product tracking worldwide. The system works by generating and monitoring QR code scans placed on products.

Enhanced product logic

My goal was to design a panel that easily allows management of a QR code generation module. Additionally, the system included other features such as client database management and marketing content management.

Due to the complexity of the project, I was in constant contact with the developers. They actively participated in the agile development of new system modules, which enabled the entire team to work efficiently and effectively.

Function of adding a marketing banner

Users can easily add a banner ad that redirects them to the manufacturer's website (or another Lading Page).

Designing a payment model for the service

One of my tasks was to do some discernment and develop a business model proposal for the application.
